FEATURING

  • Josh Baldwin is a songwriter and worship leader who joined the Bethel Music Collective in 2014. He began his journey in North Carolina where he was a worship pastor for 10 years before joining the collective, and is now a resident of Franklin, TN with his family. Josh loves writing corporate worship songs for the global church, and his music is an expression of who God has been for him in every season.

Josh’s newest album, Evidence, released in the fall of 2020 featuring anchor song and radio single, “Evidence”. Josh released “Stand in Your Love” in August 2018 which is also featured on Bethel Music’s album VICTORY (2019). This song reached #2 on Christian Billboard charts, garnering Josh’s first nomination for the 2019 K-Love Awards in the “Breakout Single of the Year”, and “Worship Song of the Year” categories. Josh is also featured on Bethel Music’s first Spanish album Bethel Music En Español(2019)singing“AdorarSinCesar”and“En Ti Estoy Firme”. In May 2017, Josh released his debut solo album with Bethel Music titled The War is Over, and his song “Praises” is featured on Bethel Music’s album Have it All (2016). Both “Praises” and “You Deserve It All” (from his solo project Rivers), have become popular worship anthems among churches around the world.

As a worship leader Josh enjoys creating space for people to feel seen, encouraged, and invited into intimacy with God where true peace and hope is found. Josh lives with his wife, Sheila and their two children, in Franklin, TN and continues to tour domestically and internationally.

  • Thrive Worship and its founding leaders – Corbin Phillips, along with Peter Burton and Charmaine Wells – is the global worship team of Bayside Church, a multisite movement based in northern California. Being part of the current fastest-growing church in the country, Thrive Worship is a group of diverse singers and musicians across seven campuses, expanding their creative reach while keeping the same core passion and message. Working as a worship family, they express the following approach – “a church for people who don’t like church” – with songs that are focused on unwrapping the gospel to everyone.

After signing with Integrity Music in 2018 and releasing their debut album, “A Thousand More,” and the new EP “Let's Have Church,” Thrive Worship “continues to pursue its call to equip the church with truth and faith, offering songs of hope for the future and love for our Savior.”

Phillips says, "Thrive Worship is just an extension of what's happening in our walls. We know when we're writing songs from the heartbeat of testimonies within our church, of our own testimonies, or what we've seen God do in our services."

He continues, "As we entered into this project, we were pulling from (about) 60 songs. We felt like God was pouring out on us but, at the end of the day, I think this idea of what God said in Acts 2, that in the last days that he would pour his spirit out on the church, we're seeing God's spirit in our lives. We're seeing God's spirit being poured out on our church right now in a way that I've personally never seen in the 20-odd years I've been coming to this church. We, as Thrive Worship and as songwriters, have a responsibility right now to equip the church with truth and with the gospel and with the mechanisms to share and to grow that faith."

  • Ross is married to his college sweetheart, Aimee, and has five kids and two grandkids, so their house has always been active and loud. He and his family moved to Austin, Texas in 2010 to plant a church called One Chapel, and it’s been nothing short of an adventure in God’s grace! It’s also kind of active and loud, with three campuses across the Austin region.

Back in the day, Ross was a Worship Pastor for 19 years at New Life Church in Colorado Springs and has led worship on several Integrity Music recordings including I Am Free, My Savior Lives, and Counting on God. He wrote a book called Messy Church: A Multigenerational Mission for the Family of God, encouraging a family paradigm for churches tired of consumer driven and corporate ministry models.

Ross is passionate about Jesus, movies, being real, discipleship, good books, and the Denver Broncos!
