AIO.Church // Most church conversations about AI begin and end with theological debate. Those questions matter, but church teams are losing ministry hours to disconnected tools, duplicated work, missed follow-up, forgotten details, and broken handoffs. This session shifts the question from whether AI can do ministry to how agentic AI can strengthen the systems surrounding ministry. AI should not replace pastors, volunteers, spiritual discernment, or human care; it should replace poor systems, repetitive administration, preventable forgetfulness, and operational dysfunction. Attendees will be introduced to the Ministry Operating System—an “everything app” connecting people, communications, calendars, tasks, content, and operations. Through real church workflows, leaders will see how agentic AI can understand goals, coordinate approved work, and return valuable hours to ministry. The outcome is not less human ministry, but more of it: stronger follow-through, greater presence, and more time for the work only people can do.
