For Triple / Quad Occupancy, there is a $25.00 additional charge per person, per room / night. Children seventeen (17) years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents. Please provide your tax exempt number for the no tax rate. 

Note - Guests will need to guarantee their reservations with a deposit of one night’s room plus tax at the time of making the reservation; deposits are refundable for cancellations 5 days prior to your arrival date. A portion is being credited back to Experience Conference.
