Location: Fiesta 1/2
In my 43 years of leadership experience—as a combat trained air warrior, a church-ministry leader, a Christian school Principal and a college administrator I have found that there are three keys to success: 1. Commitment to the mission. 2. Training and proficiency in the needed tools. and 3. An attitude that doesn't allow a habit of failure. We are coming off of an extremely challenging year and approaching an even more difficult challenge to be resilient in our requirement to renew and return. This session starts with the heart, for a church leader, like a warrior, must have a life-giving commitment to the cause, an arsenal of tools that they can proficiently employ, and a gut-wrenching determination to succeed.
