Thrive Worship, with Jace Fay // Jace Fay is a songwriter, producer, and music director for Thrive Worship and Bayside Church in Sacramento, CA. He's been working with Thrive and Bayside for 3 years now, and it has been an incredible experience to help create new music and a great worship experience for the church. This workshop is made to equip worship leaders and their teams with resources and systems to help in production and songwriting for their church. We will go over different systems and workflows when approaching starting a song, and the communication between the producer and songwriters.
