Thrive Worship // In this workshop we are going to cover how to destroy false peace in order to build true God-honoring teams built on trust and honesty. We will also discuss how to approach some of the practical conversations that can cause tension around our teams - i.e. how to “fire” a volunteer, how to disagree without dishonoring, and more.
