Johann Acuña (Prestonwood Baptist Church) // Most of us are not the senior leaders of our church ministry or organization, and therefore we live and work in the challenging paradox of "subordinate" and "leader." We often wrestle with the following questions: How do I introduce a new idea to my boss? How and when do I push back or disagree with a strategy or decision? How can I stay true to my vision and direction while simultaneously honoring those of my leader? How do I lead when I'm not in charge? In this workshop, we will discuss and wrestle with these questions together - drawing from biblical leadership principles and examples that will direct, challenge, and equip us and our teams for effective "second-chair" leadership.
